If you are using an EDU group plan in the NaturalReader app, understanding which voice options are available and how to select them can help ensure an uninterrupted listening experience. Below is an overview of voice access for EDU plans.

Overview of Voice Access Under EDU Plans
EDU plans are available in two tiers: Premium or Plus. There is no Pro tier for EDU plans.
Premium EDU plans include access to Premium Voices. These are non-AI, last-generation voices and can be listened to without daily limits.
Plus EDU plans include access to both Premium Voices and Plus Voices. Plus voices are higher-quality AI voices and are subject to a daily listening limit per user.
How to Select Premium Voices
To access Premium Voices, follow these steps:
Click or tap the speaker portrait to open voice settings.
Click or tap the arrows (>>) to expand the voice type options.
Select Premium (Legacy)
Voices are shown based on the selected language. If no voices appear after selecting Premium, check the language drop-down menu at the top of the voice list.
Use the language drop-down menu to select a supported language. The voice list will update to show voices available for that language.
Voice Selection and EDU Plan Tiers
Playback interruptions can occur if the selected voice is not included with your EDU plan tier.
Premium plans support Premium Voices.
Plus plans support both Premium and Plus Voices.
Pro Voices are a separate, higher-tier option and are only available on individual plans, not EDU plans.
Ensuring that users select voices included with your EDU plan will prevent playback interruptions.
