How to Export a Project and Download a HAR File

If support asks you for an export of your commercial project or a HAR file, this article shows you how to generate both so we can troubleshoot the issue faster.

To help troubleshoot errors in the AI Voice Generator, our support team may ask you to send us a copy of your project file and a HAR file. This allows us to investigate the issue more thoroughly and identify what may be causing the problem.

Once you have generated the project file and HAR file, please attach them to your chat or email reply using the paperclip icon and send them to our support team for review.


Exporting Project Files

Having your project files allows us to test and replicate the exact environment, including your text, selected voices, and playback settings. This gives us direct access to the same setup you’re using so we can investigate the issue more accurately.

  1. Select Library from the sidebar menu.

  2. Hover over the file and click the More icon (three vertical dots).

  3. Select Save to local file (.nkl).

  4. Choose a destination on your computer.

  5. Click Save.


Downloading HAR Files

A HAR file is a browser network log that records activity between your browser and our servers. It helps us identify loading errors, failed requests, or processes that may be getting stuck. Reviewing this file allows our team to pinpoint technical issues that are not visible from the screen alone.

1. Have AI Voice Generator opened to the project

2. Right-click anywhere and select Inspect

3. Go to the Network tab

4. Ensure Preserve log is enabled

5. Refresh the page

6. Click on the download button (Export HAR (sanitized))
