Some features require a subscription to access, such as using the Premium and Plus voices, downloading mp3 files (for personal use only), and AI smart filtering. Visit our website for more details about subscription pricing and features.

Please keep in mind that subscriptions are recurring. Once you are subscribed, you cancel at any time from your account's Billing Settings.

Premium and Plus with NaturalReader Online

A subscription to NaturalReader Online includes access through the desktop web app, mobile app for iOS and Android, and the Chrome Extension. It does not include access to the Personal, Professional, or Ultimate downloadable desktop software versions.

For single-user access, the Premium or Plus plans are available with monthly or yearly billing.

Tip: If you're already on the Premium plan but want to upgrade to Plus, login to the web app and go to Account > Subscription & Billing > Upgrade to Plus. The cost is prorated and based on the difference in price between the plans.

Group Licenses with NaturalReader EDU

For multi-user access, we have group subscription plans available through NaturalReader EDU. A subscription includes access through NaturalReader's desktop web version, mobile app for iOS and Android, and the Chrome Extension. It does not include access to the Personal, Professional, or Ultimate downloadable desktop software versions.

Visit our website for more details and information on NaturalReader EDU plan options and features. Plans require a minimum of 5 users and are available with yearly billing only. Plus voices are not available with EDU plans.

Free Accounts

Users with no subscriptions can use any available Free Voices unlimitedly or sample the Premium Voices for 20 minutes per day and the Plus voices for 5 minutes per day.

Document upload history and the Pronunciation Editor are also accessible with a free account, as well as the Shared Library and user management settings if using EDU.

Auto-renew and Cancellations

If you purchased a Premium, Plus, or EDU subscription directly from our website, you can cancel at any time from through the Customer Portal using either the web app or mobile app.

Subscriptions purchased from the App Store/Google Play must be cancelled from your iOS/Android device.

Please also keep in mind that as a subscription service, the payments are recurring by default. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, please cancel before your next billing date.


The auto-renew is on by default when you subscribe. You can turn the auto-renew off by cancelling your subscription. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you are eligible for one, please contact us to request a refund. Refunds are not issued automatically.

Cancel Subscription (if purchased from www.naturalreaders.com)

  1. Login to your user account by going to Account and selecting Login

  2. Once you are logged in, go to Account and select Subscription & Billing

  3. Select Customer Portal

  4. Select Cancel plan next to the subscription you'd like to cancel

  5. Paid service continues until the end of the current billing period

Cancel Subscription (if purchased from the App Store)

  1. Open the App Store from your iOS device

  2. Tap your picture at the top right

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID.

  5. Select NaturalReader from the list of subscriptions and tap to change or cancel

  6. Paid service continues until the end of the current billing period

Cancel Subscription (if purchased from Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store from your Android device

  2. Tap your profile photo

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions

  4. Select Subscriptions

  5. Scroll to and select NaturalReader from your list of subscriptions

  6. At the bottom, select Cancel subscription

  7. Paid service continues until the end of the current billing period

App Store and Google Play Store Subscriptions

Please keep in mind that the App Store and Google Play will have their own policies when requesting a refund from their stores
