You may be required to register and login to access free or paid features. You can sign-up and login through the extension directly, or alternatively visit the app to sign-up or login.
Registration by Email
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list
Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Sign Up
Enter your email address. Do not use capital letters.
Enter and confirm a secure password that is 6 or more characters
Select Next and a verification email will be sent
Check your inbox (or junk folder) for your verification email and select Verify Email
You're now registered and can login with your NaturalReader account email
Set up a NaturalReader account through your Google Account login.
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list
Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Sign Up
Select Continue with Google
If you have your Google Account information saved to your browser, you can select your account from a list of options and registration will be completed.
If it didn't have your Google Account showing in the list of options, select Choose another Google Account
Enter your Google Account email address and select Next
Enter your Google Account password and select Next
You're now registered to use the Google Account sign-in option with NaturalReader
Set up a NaturalReader account through your Apple ID login.
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list
Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Sign Up
Select Continue with Apple
Enter your Apple ID email and press enter to continue
Enter your Apple ID password and press enter to continue
You may have to verify your device through Two-Factor Authentication by selecting Allow when prompted then entering a verification code to your Apple device
You're now registered to use the Apple ID sign-in option with NaturalReader
Tip: If you register first through a Google Account or Apple ID, you cannot register again by email with the same address.
If you registered using Google or Apple but don't want to use those options anymore, delete your account then re-register by email.
If you registered by email first, you can register the same email again using Google or Apple. You can then sign in using any of those options to access your NaturalReader account.
Login by email with your NaturalReader account through the extension's Account & Billing section.
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list
Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Log in
Enter your email address select Next
Enter your password and select Next to finish logging in
Tip: If you registered through Google or Apple, remember to select either Continue with Google or Continue with Apple first from the login page before entering the email address.
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list

Select Continue with Google
Select your Google Account from the list of options or select Choose another Google Account
Enter your Google Account email address and select Next
Enter your Google Account password and select Next to finish logging in

Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Login
Select Continue with Apple
Enter your Apple ID email and press enter to continue
Enter your Apple ID password and press enter to continue
You may have to verify your device through Two-Factor Authentication by selecting Allow when prompted then entering a verification code to your Apple device to finish logging in
If you're registered by email and forgot your password, use the password reset function to set up a new one.
Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list
Open the Settings
Select Accounts & Billing
Select Login
Enter your account email address and select Next
Select Forgot password?
Confirm your account email address then select Send Email to send a reset password link. Do not close this login window.
Check your inbox (and junk folder) for your verification code. It expires after 1 hour.
Return to the login window and enter the verification code and your new password.
Select Next to complete the password reset
If you're registered through the Google Account or Apple ID login options and forgot your password, you must reset your password through Google or Apple respectively.
You can delete your user account through the NaturalReader web app. If you have a subscription, cancel it first before deleting your account.
Once your subscription is cancelled, you can delete your user account.
Select Account from the side menu
Select Login and sign-in to your user account
After you are logged in return to Account
Select Edit
Select Delete My Account
If you are sure you want to proceed with the deletion, select Delete to confirm
