Managing Documents in the EDU Library

Share files with students and upload, remove, or rename files from the EDU Library through the EDU Management Settings

Share documents with your students through the EDU Library. Class you share to can view and access the shared documents and only Teachers or the School Owner can upload to the EDU Library.

You can share documents with a specific Class from the EDU Management settings.

  1. While logged in to the web app, select Account from the side menu

  2. Select EDU Management

  3. Select Shared Library from the side menu

  4. Select a Class to share to from the drop-down menu in the top right

  5. Select Upload Docs

  6. Locate and select a document your files, then select Open to upload

  7. Once the file finishes uploading, select Done to finish

  8. All Class members can now access and read the document from their EDU Library

  1. While logged in to the web app, select Account from the side menu

  2. Select EDU Management

  3. Select Shared Library from the side menu

  4. Use the drop-down menu in the top right to select the Class that the document is shared with

  5. Next to the document you wish to remove, select Options

  6. Select Unshare

  7. To confirm unsharing the document, select OK

  8. The document will now be removed from the EDU Library, but will still appear in your own account's document Library with your other uploads

  1. While logged in to the web app, select Account from the side menu

  2. Select EDU Management

  3. Select Shared Library from the side menu

  4. Use the drop-down menu in the top right to select the Class that the document is shared with

  5. Next to the document you wish to remove, select Options

  6. Select Rename

  7. Type in the new name, then select Save to finish
