Mobile App - Managing Audio Folders in the Library

Create, rename, add to, or remove audio folders in the Audio Library with the mobile app

By default, all audio mp3 conversions are saved to your Audio Library for 30 days. You may also create folders in your Audio Library to better organize your files.

While viewing the contents of a folder, select < Back in the top left to return to the document Library list.

Create a Folder in the Audio Library

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Tap to open the More menu

  5. Tap New Folder

  6. Enter a name for the folder, then tap Create

  7. Newly created folders will appear at the top of the Audio list

Rename a Folder in the Audio Library

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Scroll to the folder you wish to rename and next to it tap Options

  5. Tap Rename folder

  6. Type in the folder's new name then tap OK to save

Delete a Folder in the Audio Library

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Scroll to the folder you wish to rename and next to it tap Options

  5. Tap Delete

  6. If you're sure you'd like to delete the folder, tap Delete

Add an Audio File to a Folder in the Audio Library

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Scroll to the audio file you wish to add and next to it tap Options

  5. Tap Move to folder

  6. Use the drop-down menu to select an existing folder, then tap Move to save

Remove an Audio File from a Folder in the Audio Library

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Scroll to the folder you wish to modify add tap to open

  5. Next to the audio file you wish to remove, tap Options

  6. Tap Move out from folder

  7. The audio file will be moved from the folder to the main Audio Library list

Move an Audio File to a Different Folder in the Audio Library

Move an audio file from one folder to a different folder.

  1. Open the NaturalReader mobile app for iOS or Android. By default, it opens to your Library

  2. In the top-right, tap to open the More menu

  3. Tap Audio Library

  4. Scroll to the folder you wish to modify and tap to open

  5. Next to the audio file you wish to move, tap Options

  6. Tap Move to folder

  7. Use the drop-down menu to select a folder

  8. Tap Move to save
