We're committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. We do not sell or compromise your information to other marketers—never have and never will!

Registering a NaturalReader account only requires your email address. This information is stored on a secure server to allow us to process orders. We may notify you about special promotions or updates about the service and features, as well as sending you an order confirmation when making a purchase.

To protect student and children's privacy, we comply with requirements of FERPA, COPPA and New York Ed. Law 2-D in the United States and GDPR in Europe, among other applicable laws. We don't collect any personally identifiable information (the term "personally identifiable information" uses the definition provided in FERPA). We only collect the minimal amount of information from users necessary to use our products.

Non-personal identifiable information may be collected when users interact with our site, such as the browser name and version, the device type, and operating system.

Payment information is requested only if a customer is making a direct purchase. Payments are processed by our service provider Stripe, which is certified with the highest PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance rating. You can learn more details about Stripe from its security documentation here.
