You may be required to register and login to access free or paid features. For sign-up, you can register using an email address and password, register through your Google Account, or register through your Apple ID.
If you have a Team Plan, each individual user must register their own NaturalReader account.
If you subscribed before creating an account, you must register first before logging in with your purchase email.
Your order confirmation email includes a login and sign-up link. If you were invited by email to a Team Plan, your invitation email also includes both a login and sign-up link. Or, sign up from the app by going to Account > Sign-up.
Registration by Email
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Sign Up
Enter your email address. Do not use capital letters.
Enter and confirm a secure password that is 6 or more characters
Select Next and a verification email will be sent
Check your inbox (or junk folder) for your verification email and select Verify Email
You're now registered and can login with your NaturalReader account email
Verification Email
In most cases, your verification email will send instantly. If you don't receive it right away, please wait a few minutes and also check your spam/junk folder.
The link in your verification email is valid for 24 hours. If you do not verify in that time or if you don't receive a verification email, go through the login process to tigger a new verification email to be sent to you.
Registration through Google
Instead of setting up an email and password combination to sign-in, you can register your NaturalReader account using your existing Google Account. When you register through Google, no new password is created. Instead you login using your Google Account credentials.
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Sign Up
Select Continue with Google
If you have your Google Account information saved to your browser, you can select your account from a list of options and registration will be completed.
If it didn't have your Google Account showing in the list of options, select Choose another Google Account
Enter your Google Account email address and select Next
Enter your Google Account password and select Next
You're now registered to use the Google Account sign-in option to login to NaturalReader
Registration through Apple
Instead of setting up an email and password combination to sign-in, you can register your NaturalReader account using your existing Apple ID. When you register through Apple, no new password is created. Instead you login using your Apple ID credentials.
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Sign Up
Select Continue with Apple
Enter your Apple ID email and press enter to continue
Enter your Apple ID password and press enter to continue
You may have to verify your device through Two-Factor Authentication by selecting Allow when prompted then entering the verification code from your Apple device
You're now registered to use the Apple ID sign-in option with NaturalReader
Login by Email
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Login
Enter your email address and select Next
Enter your password and select Next to finish logging in
Login through Google
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Login
Select Continue with Google
Select your Google Account from the list of options or select Choose another Google Account
Enter your Google Account email address and select Next
Enter your Google Account password and select Next to finish logging in
Login through Apple
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Login
Select Continue with Apple
Enter your Apple ID email and press enter to continue
Enter your Apple ID password and press enter to continue
You may have to verify your device through Two-Factor Authentication by selecting Allow when prompted then entering a verification code to your Apple device to finish logging in
Password Reset
If you're registered by email and forgot your password, use the password reset function to set up a new one.
If you're registered through your Google Account or Apple ID forgot your password, you must reset your password through Google or Apple respectively.
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Login
Enter your email address select Next
Select Forgot Password?
Confirm your account email address then select Send Email to send a reset password link. Do not close the browser tab or window.
Check your inbox (and junk folder) for your verification code. It expires after 1 hour.
Return to the login window and enter the verification code and your new password.
Select Next to complete the password reset
Change Password
Change your account login password if you're registered by email.
If you're registered through the Google or Apple login options, you must change the password through Google or Apple respectively.
Open the app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Edit
Select Change Password
Enter the old password and confirm the new password
Select Confirm to save the new password
