At the moment, there's no way for you upgrade from monthly to yearly billing or add extra users on your own through the app, but you can contact us for help and we can process the upgrade for you.
Upgrade prices are prorated based on the time remaining on your plan. We will confirm your total cost to upgrade before processing your payment. Visit the pricing page for more details on regular AI Voice Generator plan rates.
Only the subscription owner is authorized to allow plan modifications and payments. If you are only a member on a Team Plan, ensure that it is the subscription owner who contacts us to confirm authorization for purchasing additional seats for the plan.
Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly
You can upgrade from a commercial version monthly plan to a yearly plan at a prorated cost.
Open the AI Voice Generator app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Contact Us
Send us a message letting us know you wish to change from monthly to yearly
We will get back to you within 1 business day letting you know what the prorated cost will be and ask you to confirm that you accept the upgrade cost
With your confirmation, we will process the upgrade and charge the payment information saved on your account
A receipt will be emailed and we will contact you to confirm the upgrade has been processed
You're now on the yearly plan!
Go to Accounts and select Subscription & Billing to view your new plan information.
Your plan will renew 1 year from the date you upgraded. Visit the pricing page for more details on yearly billing rates.
Add Extra Users
You can increase the total amount of users you have on your commercial Single or Team plan at any time for a prorated cost.
If you are on a monthly billing cycle with the AI Voice Generator, the cost to add extra users is based on $35/user/month. If you are on a yearly billing cycle, the cost to add extra users is based on $10/user/month.
Open the AI Voice Generator app and select Accounts from the left panel menu
Select Contact Us
Send us a message letting us know you wish to add users and either confirm the amount of users you want to add or confirm the total amount of users you want to have on the plan
We will get back to you within 1 business day letting you know what the prorated cost will be and ask you to confirm that you accept the upgrade cost
With your confirmation, we will process the upgrade and charge the payment information saved on your account
A receipt will be emailed and we will contact you to confirm the upgrade has been processed
You can now invite new members!
Go to Accounts and select Subscription & Billing to view your new plan information.
Your plan will renew 1 year from your original subscription start date at the new price based on your total user count. Visit the pricing page for more details on Team Plan pricing.
