Enter your account email address and select Next

Confirm your account email address then select Send Email to send a reset password link. Do not close the browser tab or window.

Check your inbox (and junk folder) for your verification code. It expires after 1 hour.

Return to the login window and enter the verification code and your new password.

Select Next to complete the password reset

2. Select Login
3. Enter your account email address and select Next
4. Select Forgot Password?
5. Confirm your account email address then select Send Email to send a reset password link. Do not close the browser tab or window.
6. Check your inbox (and junk folder) for your verification code. It expires after 1 hour.
7. Return to the login window and enter the verification code and your new password.
8. Select Next to complete the password reset

If you're registered through the Google Account or Apple ID login options and forgot your password, you must reset your password through <a href="https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078?hl=en&amp;co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Google</a> or <a href="https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Apple</a> respectively.
