When a Team Plan subscription is created, it is set up under the subscription owner's email. When a subscription is purchased directly from our website, the owner would be the email address entered during checkout.

The owner can invite and delete other team members as needed. They may also designate other users as admins. Admins may also invite, delete, and assign user roles.

Every team member, including the owner, is counted as a seat. Projects and Files are not synced between team members, but you can use the export and import function to transfer Files to different users' accounts.

Inviting Team Members by using a Join Code

Owners or admins can invite members from the Team Management settings. Using the join by code option is the quickest and easiest way to invite members to your Team Plan simply by sharing a URL. You can use this method to invite a single user or multiple users.

  1. Select Accounts from the main menu

  2. Select Commercial Teams

  3. Select Add Member from the side menu

  4. Select Join in with team code

  5. An invitation URL will be generated. For security, it expires periodically. If the code is expired, select Generate New Code

  6. Select Copy Link to copy the URL

  7. Share the URL with anyone you'd like to invite. Those accessing the URL will be guided through the sign-in/login steps

Inviting Members by Email

You can also send individual emailed invites to team members to join your Team Plan. Owners or admins can invite members from the Team Management settings.

  1. Select Accounts from the main menu

  2. Select Commercial Teams

  3. Select Add Member from the side menu

  4. Select Invite with email address

  5. Type or paste in the email address in lower case

  6. Use the drop-down menu to assign the invitee as a Member (standard) or Admin

  7. Select Add to send the email

  8. When sending emailed invites, the invitee must select 'Accept' from the invitation email before they have premium access to the service
