If needed, you can transfer your subscription of a Team Plan subscription to a different user's email address to make them the new owner. This transfers the subscription ownership only—it does not transfer your project files, though you can use the Save File to Local function to manually export and import files between accounts as needed.
Transfer Team Ownership
Select Accounts from the side menu
Select Commercial Teams to access the Team Management settings
Select Team Information from the side panel
Select Request Transfer Ownership
Enter the email address you wish to transfer subscription ownership to and select Send to finish
We will review your request and notify you when the transfer has been processed
