If you're registered through the Google Account or Apple ID login options and forgot your password, you must reset your password through Google or Apple respectively.
Password Reset
If you're registered by email and forgot your password, use the password reset function to set up a new one.
Select Account from the side menu
Select Login
Enter your email address select Next
Select Forgot Password?
Confirm your account email address then select Send Email to send a reset password link. Do not close the browser tab or window.
Check your inbox (and junk folder) for your verification code. It expires after 1 hour.
Return to the login window and enter the verification code and your new password.
Select Next to complete the password reset
Change your Password
Change your account login password if you're registered by email. If you're registered through the Google or Apple login options, you must change the password through Google or Apple respectively.
While logged into your user account, select Account from the side menu
Select Edit
Select Change Password
Enter the old password and confirm the new password
Select Confirm to save the new password
