Refund eligibility and how to request a refund for Premium or Plus plans

Please keep in mind that as a subscription service, the payments are recurring by default. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, please cancel before your next billing date.

If you purchase the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, you are subject to Apple's or Google's terms and refund policy, which may differ from ours.

​The auto-renew is on by default when you subscribe. You can turn the auto-renew off by cancelling your subscription. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

For plans purchased directly from us, If you are eligible for one you can please contact us to request a refund. Refunds are not issued automatically. Prorated refunds are not issued for unused time remaining.


Premium and Plus Plans (purchased from www.naturalreaders.com)

If you subscribed to Premium or Plus directly from our website, you can contact us to request a full refund within a certain amount of days.

Monthly plans can be refunded for up to 14 days after the purchase or renewal date. Yearly plans can be refunded for up to 30 days.

Contact us from the web or mobile app by going to Account > Contact Us or by emailing directly at sales@naturalreaders.com.

App Store

Google Play Store

Recent purchases may be refunded from Google for up to 48 hours. Visit here for more information about Google Play’s refund policies or to submit a refund request.
