Website Purchases
If you purchased your subscription directly from our website, you can now upgrade from monthly to yearly billing yourself at a prorated cost.
The cost is prorated based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Once upgraded, your next renewal will be 1 year from the date of the upgrade (not from your original monthly start date).
1. Open and login to NaturalReader personal web at https://www.naturalreaders.com/online/
2. Select Account from the menu
3. Select Upgrade to Yearly
4. You’ll see a confirmation screen with the prorated upgrade price
5. Press Upgrade Now to complete the payment — and that’s it!
This option is only available for subscriptions purchased directly through our website. If your subscription is through the App Store or Google Play, you’ll need to manage your plan there.
App Store Purchases
If you subscribed from the App Store, the subscription must also be modified from your iOS device through Apple. Apple will charge you the full amount for the yearly plan, but will issue you a refund within 7 days for the original cost of the monthly plan. In the App Store, you can also change from Premium to Plus at the same time as changing from monthly to yearly.
Open the NaturalReader mobile app version from your iOS device and select Account from the app menu
Select Subscription & Billing
Select Customer Portal
You will be directed to your App Store subscription settings. Select Plus Plan - Yearly (1 Year)
Select Subscribe to confirm payment with your Apple account. Apple will charge you the full amount for the yearly plan, but will issue you a refund within 7 days for the original cost of the monthly plan
You're now on the yearly plan!
Select Back to return to Subscription & Billing in the NaturalReader app and select Restore to view your new billing date. Your plan will renew 1 year from the date you upgraded
Google Play Purchases
Unfortunately at the moment there's no direct way to change from monthly to yearly if you subscribed through Google Play. We recommend cancelling your current subscription so that it doesn't renew at the end of the billing period. Once it expires, you can re-subscribe with the yearly plan.
