Website Purchases - Upgrade from Premium to Plus
If you purchased directly from our website, you can upgrade to Plus using the web app from your Account settings. The cost to upgrade is prorated and based on the difference in price between the plans.
Open the NaturalReader web app version and select Account from the app menu
Select Upgrade to Plus
Your prorated cost to upgrade will be generated
Select Upgrade Now to complete the payment. The payment information saved to your account will be charged so you don't need to re-enter any billing information.
You're now upgraded and can access Plus features!
Go to Account and select Subscription & Billing to view your new plan details
If you don't see your account status update on its own in either the web or mobile app version, go to Account and select Reset NaturalReader. After it refreshes, login and the Plus plan will be active
Website Purchases - Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly
If you purchased directly from our website, you can upgrade from monthly to yearly billing at a prorated cost. At the moment, there's no way for you to do this on your own through the app, but you can contact us for help and we can process the upgrade for you.
Open the NaturalReader web or mobile app and select Account from the app menu
Select Contact Us
Send us a message letting us know you wish to change from monthly to yearly. Ensure that your subscription was originally taken out from our website. We cannot modify App Store or Google Play subscriptions for you
We will get back to you within 1 business day letting you know what the prorated cost will be and ask you to confirm that you accept the upgrade cost
With your confirmation, we will process the upgrade and charge the payment information saved on your account
A receipt will be emailed and we will contact you to confirm the upgrade has been processed
You're now on the yearly plan!
Go to Account and select Subscription & Billing to view your new billing date. Your plan will renew 1 year from the date you upgraded
App Store Purchases - Upgrade from Premium to Plus
If you subscribed from the App Store, the subscription must also be modified from your iOS device through Apple. Apple will charge you the full amount for the Plus plan, but will issue you a refund within 7 days for the original cost of the Premium plan. In the App Store, you can also change from monthly to yearly billing at the same time as changing from Premium to Plus.
Open the NaturalReader mobile app version from your iOS device and select Account from the app menu
Select Subscription & Billing
Select Customer Portal
You will be directed to your App Store subscription settings. Select Plus Plan - Monthly (1 Month) or Plus Plan - Yearly (1 Year)
Select Subscribe to confirm payment through your Apple account. Apple will charge you the full amount for the Plus plan, but will issue you a refund within 7 days for the original cost of the Premium plan
You're now upgraded and can access Plus features!
Select Back to return to Subscription & Billing in the NaturalReader app and select Restore to view your new plan details
App Store Purchases - Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly
If you subscribed from the App Store, the subscription must also be modified from your iOS device through Apple. Apple will charge you the full amount for the yearly plan, but will issue you a refund within 7 days for the original cost of the monthly plan. In the App Store, you can also change from Premium to Plus at the same time as changing from monthly to yearly.

Select Subscription & Billing

Select Back to return to Subscription & Billing in the NaturalReader app and select Restore to view your new billing date. Your plan will renew 1 year from the date you upgraded
Google Play Purchases - Upgrade from Premium to Plus
If you subscribed through Google Play, the subscription must also be modified from your Android device through Google. When you upgrade to Plus, Google will not charge you an upgrade cost and you can start using Plus right away. Instead, they will credit the cost of Premium by modifying your subscription renewal date.
Open the NaturalReader mobile app version from your Android device and select Account from the app menu
Select Upgrade to Plus
You will be directed to Google Play where they will confirm the Plus upgrade cost. Select Continue
Review your purchase and select Subscribe to confirm. When you upgrade to Plus, Google will not charge upfront and you can start using Plus right away. Instead, they will credit the cost of Premium by modifying your subscription renewal date. When it renews, it will be at full price.
You're now upgraded and can access Plus features!
Tap X to exit Google Play and your license will update. Select Restore if you don't see your plan update
Google Play Purchases - Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly
Unfortunately at the moment there's no direct way to change from monthly to yearly if you subscribed through Google Play. We recommend cancelling your current subscription so that it doesn't renew at the end of the billing period. Once it expires, you can re-subscribe with the yearly plan.
