The Chrome extension is part of NaturalReader's personal AI Text to Speech platform, which also includes the personal web app and mobile app. Connect with the apps to access more features. Visit the personal web version for desktop here or scan the QR code below to download the mobile app.



PDF

Use the personal app to upload and listen to documents directly. More about the app version is also here.

  1. Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list. Both options are next to the address bar.

  2. Click the arrow to expand the extension widget

  3. Select Settings


  4. Select PDF to get redirected to the personal web app version


  5. Drag and drop a document to upload and press Play to listen


Convert to MP3

Convert text into downloadable audio files for personal use using the personal app. This feature requires a subscription. Learn more about plans here.

Select MP3 from the extension Settings to get redirected to the personal web app version or learn more about converting to mp3 here.


Mobile

Go to Mobile from the extension settings to download the mobile app version or to save webpages to your Library to listen to later.

  1. Launch the extension by clicking on NaturalReader's logo from your pinned extensions or by selecting NaturalReader from your extensions list. Both options are next to the address bar.

  2. Click the arrow to expand the extension widget

  3. Select Settings

  4. Select Mobile


  5. Select Save to Mobile. This saves the text of the webpage you're currently viewing to your account Library. You can now open it from your Library using either the web version or mobile app to listen to.


Pronunciation Editor

Use word substitution with the Pronunciation Editor to fine-tune your reading. Add Pronunciation Editor settings from the web or mobile app, which will apply while you're listening with the Chrome extension. Visit here for more details about how to use the Pronunciation Editor.
