Team Plan user roles and how to manage Team Plan members

There are 3 user types for the AI Voice Generator: Owner, Admin, and Member. All users have access to the same features but only the owner can manage the subscription, such as for cancellation, renewal, or retrieving past invoices and billing information, and only owners and admins can access the Team Management settings.

Keep in mind that the owner, admins, and members all count as seats towards your user total.

When a Team Plan subscription is created, it is set up under the subscription owner's email. When a subscription is purchased directly from our website, the owner would be the email address entered during checkout. For purchase orders, the end user email address you provide either directly to us or to your chosen reseller will be the subscription owner.

Aside from billing, the owner shares the same privileges as admins in that they can add or delete other users on the team as needed as well as assign user roles.

You may also request us to transfer ownership to a new user/email address if needed. This transfers the subscription status only, not any account contents.

Admins cannot access subscription settings or billing information, but like owners they may add and delete users on the team and assign users roles.

Members are basic users on the team who have access to all the same premium features as others on the team but cannot access subscription, billing, or Team Management settings.

The subscription owner or admins can view a list of active members from the Team Management settings.

  1. Login to the AI Voice Generator

  2. Select Accounts from the side menu

  3. Select Commercial Teams. It will open to your Member List

  4. Select Export

  5. A .csv file will be downloaded with the email addresses of your Team Members listed

Only the subscription owner or an admin can change other Team Member's user role, and can do so from the Team Management settings. User roles may also be assigned while sending email invites to add members.

  1. Login to the AI Voice Generator

  2. Select Accounts from the side menu

  3. Select Commercial Teams. It will open to your Member List

  4. From the Member List, select the Options button next to the Team Member you wish to edit

  5. Select Set as Admin or Set as Member

Disband your team and delete all current Team Members.

  1. Login to the AI Voice Generator

  2. Select Accounts from the side menu

  3. Select Commercial Teams

  4. Select Team Information from the side menu

  5. Select Delete Team

  6. If you're sure, select Delete to finish
