What is Voice Cloning?
Voice cloning is the process of using AI technology to create a synthetic copy of a voice. With advanced LLM technology, you can clone a voice in seconds using as little as 30 seconds of audio. You can also make your cloned voice read multiple languages!
How to Clone a Voice
You will need to upload audio in order to clone the voice, either by uploading an existing file or by recording a sample. If you opt to record audio to upload, we will provide text for you to read aloud.
While you can upload multiple audio samples to clone the voice, for best results, include at least 30 seconds but no more than 10 minutes of audio in total.
Consent is required to clone a voice and you must agree that you have the explicit permission of the individual whose voice you are cloning. By cloning a voice, you accept full responsibility for the utilization and consequences of generating and using the replicated voice.
Never clone a voice without explicit permission.
Login to the AI Voice Generator
Select Voice Cloning from the left side menu
Select Clone New Voice
Read the terms. Select Agree to continue.
If you are uploading an existing audio sample, select Upload. You can upload more than 1 sample, but your total audio should be at last 30 seconds and not more than 10 minutes in length. When you're done uploading, select Next Step to proceed
If you are recording an audio sample, select Record. Select the language you prefer to record in and we will provide text for you to read aloud. When you're ready to begin recording, click on the Record button. Press Stop when you're done recording. Your sample should be at least 30 seconds but not more than 10 minutes in length. Select Next to proceed.
Enter a name for your voice and optionally a description. Select Start Cloning to start creating the voice
After just a few moments, your cloned voice will be created! You can find your cloned voices in the Cloned list in the voice settings
Language Support
With LLM technology, your cloned voice can speak from multiple different languages:
English, Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian
Limitations
Users on a Single plan can create up to 5 cloned voices and Team plans can create up to 5 cloned voices in total. If you are on a Team plan, cloned voices are shared with all users on the team.
Cloned Voices are considered LLM Voices and so have the same limitations. Learn more about TTS (text to speech) limits here.
