Download receipts & invoices and modifying billing information

If you are on a Team Plan, only the subscription owner can view or modify the plan, its payment information, or download billing documentation.


Auto-renew, Cancellations, and Refunds

Download Receipts & Invoices

Your receipts & invoices can be downloaded from the Customer Portal.

A link to the Customer Portal is included in your order confirmation email or you can access the Customer Portal through app.

  1. While logged into AI Voice Generator, and select Accounts from the app menu

  2. Select Subscription & Billing

  3. Select Customer Portal

  4. Scroll to Invoice History and select the billing period you'd like to generate a copy for

  5. Select Download Receipt to save a PDF copy
    ​


Update Payment Information

Your payment information can be modified from the Customer Portal.

A link to the Customer Portal is included in your order confirmation email or you can access the Customer Portal through app.

  1. While logged into AI Voice Generator, and select Accounts from the app menu

  2. Select Subscription & Billing

  3. Select Customer Portal

  4. Scroll to Payment Method

  5. If you want the old payment information removed, you must add new card information first. Select Add payment method

  6. Enter your payment details and select Add to save
    ​


Deleting Payment Information

While having an active subscription, your account must have a payment source saved to the account.

If you have more than 1 payment source saved, you can delete your other payment source(s) through the Customer Portal. If you want to update your payment source, you must add the new card information first before deleting the old card information.

  1. While logged into AI Voice Generator, and select Accounts from the app menu

  2. Select Subscription & Billing

  3. Select Customer Portal

  4. Scroll to Payment Method

  5. Select the X next to the payment source you'd like to remove
    ​



Update Billing Information

Your billing details can be updated through the Customer Portal. Updating your billing details affects future receipts/invoices only. If you need past receipts/invoices modified, please contact us for help through the app by going to Accounts and selecting Contact Us.

  1. While logged into AI Voice Generator, and select Accounts from the app menu

  2. Select Subscription & Billing

  3. Select Customer Portal

  4. Scroll to Billing and Shipping Information

  5. Select Update information

  6. Enter the new billing information and select Save to finish
    ​
